Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer a selection of shipping options, with our partner, USPS. Shipping & Delivery prices are calculated based on the order subtotal and delivery method.

  • The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected.

  • Second-Day and Next-Day Air services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO, and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.

  • A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.

  • Shipping charges shown are per ship address and reflect the number of business days for delivery from the date of purchase.

  • Free Shipping and Handling offers are valid on Value Shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

  • All orders are processed when received. Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times; however, we will try to accommodate the request as best as possible.

  • Please note, orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until the next business day.

  • Orders placed during the holiday season may have longer shipping times.

Domestic Shipping (48 Contiguous States)

 

  • Most deliveries are via USPS or FedEx Ground.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

 

  • Alaska & Hawaii delivery times may be longer than typical domestic deliveries.

Holiday Shipping Schedule 

All orders are processed as they are received.  If your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.  

RE-Focus The Creative Office shipping will be unavailable on all US Holidays.

RE-Focus, The Creative Office guarantees that our products will arrive at their destination defect-free. If you are not satisfied with the condition of our product, please contact customer service to return it and we will replace the product or issue a credit. Please follow the return procedures below.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of the order delivery date.

  • Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.

  • Please email our RE-Focus customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return along with the issued RMA number.

  • Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.

  • Please note that shipping and handling for returns may not be refunded.
