We are happy to offer a selection of shipping options, with our partner, USPS. Shipping & Delivery prices are calculated based on the order subtotal and delivery method.

The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected.

Second-Day and Next-Day Air services are not available for P.O. Boxes, FPO, and APO addresses or U.S. Territories.

A signature is not required for residential deliveries; however, all commercial deliveries require a signature.

Shipping charges shown are per ship address and reflect the number of business days for delivery from the date of purchase.

Free Shipping and Handling offers are valid on Value Shipping unless otherwise stated in the promotion.

All orders are processed when received. Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times; however, we will try to accommodate the request as best as possible.

Please note, orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed during this time will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders are processed as they are received. If your order is placed after 12:00 pm CST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policy

All returns must be received within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.

Please email our RE-Focus customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return along with the issued RMA number.

Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.
